Niravam Dosage
Niravam is suggested for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder in adults with an initial dose ranging from 0.25 mg to 0.5 mg taken three times daily. This dosage may be adjusted incrementally every 3 to 4 days, with a maximum prescribed daily dosage of 4 mg dispersed throughout the day.

Niravam Interaction

Interactions with birth control pills, cimetidine, diltiazem, isoniazid, propoxyphene, seizure medicines, antifungal drugs, and antidepressants are also possible.
